Orders will be shipped from different stockrooms based on your location. ADD TO CART button will be disabled if certain item is SOLD OUT in your country.

Currently we ship to Australia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, EU, Turkey, Servia, Norway and Switzerland.

Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, some courier services are suspended due to Covid disruption. Please contact us if you couldn't select your country at check-out page.

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch may varies. The current processing time is 3-5 days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Australia/ Hong Kong: 7-14 Business days
International: 1-4 Months
(Surface mail may take 1.5-5 Months)
Shipping time may be longer than usual due to Covid disruption.

We offer 2 types of shipping
1. Untracked (Flat letter)
.: FLAT items only
(International order - Maximum 10 flat items due to thickness restriction)
.: Cannot see the shipping progress
.: We WILL NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders

2. Tracked (Letter/ Parcel)
.: Will be automatically chosen for International order if it contains NON-FLAT item 
.: Can be chosen for orders with only FLAT items 
.: Able to see the shipping progress*
*4 tracking points - (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered

Prices include shipping fee + cost of packing materials, we don't earn anything from shipping.

All orders will be sent through Australia post/ Hong Kong post. Please understand as Australia is lacking of logistic/ shipping alternatives, international shipping is significantly higher than other countries.

Therefore, we have offered shipping discounts and set up another stockroom in Hong Kong to provide more affordable shipping options to certain coutries.

If your order is returned due to reasons such as wrong address, we will require re-payment of shipping fee if you want it to be reshipped.

If you want a refund, we will refund the full amount minus the shipping fee + AUD$2 processing fee.
Please note customers will have longer waiting time if their order has been returned and resent.

We WILL NOT replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders.
For TRACKED orders, we will offer refund (-shipping fee) if the order is lost

  • Please understand that as we are a small business, we cannot offer replace/ resend for lost order due to limited inventories
  • Lost order = stuck at the same status for 4+ months/ status says untrackable
  • We are not responsible for orders lost after statys says delivered

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations. All products are checked carefully before dispatch. Also, we do NOT replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders. More info on shipping refer to Q+A above.

Please note that prices on website are in AUD by default. Final payment value will depend on the currency exchange rate.
